This news story from Sky News in the UK was posted ahead of World Mental Health Day which was on Saturday, October 10th. The story deals with both Mental Health and the challenges Covid-19 Pandemic. This is the Video that Mr. Kemp showed during his presentation on Mental Health and Wellness.
This first video is from Retired Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield, and he offer up some valuable advice on how to cope with and deal with stress. These are the lists of coping strategies the class was able to come up with on Monday and Tuesday. Click the image to enlarge. This video features a TED Talk by Psychologist Guy Winch who explains to us how we can all practice Emotional Hygiene to help improve our mental well-being. Here are the results of our Values auction earlier this week from both classes. It's really interesting to see the differences in values students and classes placed on certain values. I would encourage each of your to talk about these values with your family and friends and see which ones they place the most importance on. *I also included a photo of our class list of attributes*
