The students began their day with a class version of HEADS UP, where the boys competed against the girls to see who could give the best clues and get the most correct animals within the time limit. SUPER FUN!! The students then headed off to music class, before returning to work on French Sentences. After recess, the class continued to work diligently on their French worksheets. After lunch and silent reading it was off to Mrs. Cramer's class for some portrait art and playtime with the Little Buddies. It was going so well, the planned 35 minute class, stretched out to over an hour. (See photos below) When we returned to class, it was desk clean out and class clean up time before dismissal.
HOMEWORK: There isn't any homework tonight, but the students should be getting the materials they need to do their Animal Habitat Diorama projects.
NOTE: Skating is cancelled tomorrow, due to early dismissal at 1:30pm. (See message above for details)
REMINDER: Tomorrow is dimes for our annual coin drive. Every bit of money collected goes to help local families in need during the holidays. Also please remember that on Thursday afternoon, we will be traveling to Maple Ridge to visit LEFT and to see what they do at their company. (www.left.io)
