A couple of things for each of you to do (if you have the time today), while you are away from school:
1) I have posted a couple of videos on the RESPIRATORY SYTEM, along with notes that you can download and print (or copy out) on the Science Page for you to watch.
Please remember that our Human Body Systems projects are due on Thursday.
...Also, please bring a clear plastic bottle and lid, for an activity we will be doing when we return to school later this week. (It has to be a firm bottle, like a thick plastic water bottle or a pop/sports drink bottle, or the project will not work. Kirkland, Nestle or Best Western water bottles will NOT work.)
2) Get outside and build a Snowman, take a photo, and then measure its height and circumferences in cm. Measure the circumference around the widest part of each of it's snowball body parts. Once you have all of your measurements, write your name, the height of your snowman, and the circumferences of each body part into the comments section below. Finally, take a photo of yourself, with your snowman and send it to me at: [email protected], and I will add the photos to the website.
**Each person who completes the Snowman Challenge, and sends a photo & measurements will earn 20 points for their team!! (10 points for photo only.)**
Have an awesome day, and I hope to see you all soon!!
