It has been a very artistic past couple of days in Division 10. After a steady diet of Math and Science last week, the students have dug their teeth into their latest "dechirage" visual arts project. The students were so keen to continue with their artwork, that there were even some groans (very few) when we announced we were heading for PE. We also continued to work on our currency, counting and calculating using Canadian money in class today. We also had our first big day of trades for our table groups, which led to a lot of excitement amongst the teams as we head into the final week of the month.
Yesterday, the students also worked on their art, did some coding and got to play with some of our robots. We also tipped off our Basketball unit this week, and WOW!!!! do we have some good players already!
HOMEWORK: Students need to have all of their French Flash Cards completed, (Coloured and properly labelled) for tomorrow morning. See Monday's Daily Recap for further details. I will be collecting them to check for effort and accuracy.
REMINDER: We are coming up to the end of the term, and we will be having some larger projects in the coming weeks. If anyone is planning to be away for an extended period of time prior to Spring Break, please touch base with me, so that we can make arrangements.
