We kick started our day with a creative writing twist on our Spring Break Holidays. After selecting a number of random items, then choosing 18 different verbs, adjectives and nouns, the student got to work on putting together a fictional story that integrated and incorporated all of the various words. Following a quick snack break and the re-drafting of Gym class times, we headed to the gym, to play Bench Dodge Ball. After recess, we reviewed fractions, equivalent fractions, and ran through different ways to represent the same same information with different fractions. We then turned our attention to creating logos for our all new April Table Groups! After an inside recess and lunch, Silent reading was a bit of a struggle, so we took a bit of a body break, and walked a few laps around to the school, to get some much needed fresh air and exercise. To finish off our day, we watched a pair of videos on climate change, and preparation for our Science Unit.

NOTE: We will distribute class photos tomorrow, as the class wasn't able to get cleaned up and organized in time at the end of the day.
