Is there a better way to start your day than with a trip to the gym to take part in the WGSS Gator Pod's Caine's Arcade...I think not! The students not only got to play a ton of super fun homemade games (all made from cardboard), but their $1 admission, earned them a prize as well! When they returned to class, they had a couple of minutes to play with their Play-doh, before transitioning to healthy class, and Grade 6 band. After recess, it was time to do our weekly spelling quiz, then spent the final 20 minutes putting the final touches on the French presentation. (They were scheduled for today, but we will reschedule our presentation for next week to give more time for the students to get ready.) The afternoon was a bit of a whirlwind, with silent reading, art, a body break, and then a thorough class clean up.
