The daily recap today is more about what is due or coming up, rather than what we did this Tuesday. Today's focus was working on the Little Buddies Holiday stories, refining the student's math fact fluency and getting caught up on incomplete work. The students also put in a excellent performance of "Silver Bells" at this afternoon's Intermediate Band Concert.
HOMEWORK: Students need to finish their Math worksheets from earlier today, as well as completing the decorations of their Math Multiplication Chart. (Make sure to correct the 4 x 12s and the 4 x 7 column) **I definitely should have double-checked the multiplication chart before downloading it.**
REMINDER: Tonight's Band Concert begins at 7pm, and students should report to our class between 630pm - 645pm. Also, tomorrow is our final Sportsplex Skating Lesson. Please be at school on time, and don't forget your skates, helmet and gloves.
NOTE: The Holiday Class party will be held on Friday, December 21st. We will be having a gift exchange, and to participate, students need to bring an unwrapped generic gift worth no more than $10. Please bring the gift in a plastic bag or box. * If anyone would like their son or daughter to take part, but is financially unable to purchase a gift, please send me an email with your son or daughter's name at: [email protected] and I will make arrangements for them to take part, no questions asked.**
